Many people think we are crazy to offer this guarantee because it is so easy
to abuse. Occasionally we run into problems, but our guarantee is one of the
parts of Queensboro that we are most proud of. There have been times,
though, when we just can’t satisfy a customer. In those instances, we reserve
the right to resolve the issue with a refund instead of a replacement. We also
reserve the right to not accept additional orders that we think are likely to
